Let Us Take You On An Actual Home-Finding Tour
Here is a sample of an actual home-finding tour that we took a client on. This client wanted to look at multi-family buildings having views, with good walkability to transportation and dining. They also wanted amenities such as a gym, and a common space so one of them could work from home.
Often, living in the East Bay, 25 minutes north of San Francisco, can bring with it larger homes for a lower price than what you can find in San Francisco. This client wanted to consider living in San Ramon. They wanted more space in their home and access to outdoor space. This is a tour provided to them for houses within the $3500 – $3800 price range per month, 3-4 bedrooms.
