We always take extra time to prepare our clients for their appointment at the Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV is structured as to what documents they require in order to process a new California driver’s license. Thus, we remind our client of exactly what they need to bring to their appointment so they will be prepared.

Sometimes the documentation clients need to bring is not obvious. For instance, to apply for a REAL ID or Driver’s License, it is necessary to bring their physical social security card – they can’t just give the clerk their social security number. Also, the required proof of residency document is specific as to what is accepted; we help our clients know which documents will be accepted.

Being organized and prepared assures our clients that their appointment will be efficient and go smoothly.
