Everyone has a different budget for an apartment.

Often, the young professionals (single or a couple) want something modern when they first relocate to SF – with amenities like a gym and common areas. The average price for an updated, albeit possibly small (650 sq. ft.) apartment in or around the financial district is around $3,500.

We recently found this one (February 2020) for a single young man who landed a great job opportunity with Google. He wanted to be close to the shuttle, but also walking distance to night life and the Embarcadero where he likes to jog regularly.

This was a house found in January 2020 for a family of three who wanted to live in Berkeley. They wanted a sizable 3-bedroom house but couldn’t afford one in San Francisco.

He works in San Francisco so wanted to be close to BART; she wanted their child to be enrolled in the highly rated Berkeley school district. This house rented for $5,100 per month (2400 sq. ft.)

School Finding

School districts in San  Francisco are on a lottery system. Schools in other cities are grouped into school districts.

Determining which School Is The Right One

We will help you understand the difference between school districts, so you can decide which school you want your children to attend.

With our help, you will easily navigate the school application process. Appointments will be made for you to tour private schools. Public schools in northern California do not allow school tours, however, we will drive by the campus, and possibly stop by the office for additional information.
